The Royal Life Saving Society Bronze Medallion is recognised as the minimum standard for a qualified lifesaver.
This course will enhance your personal survival skills while providing you with the knowledge and skills to develop the level of judgement, technique and physical ability required to safely carry out water rescues.

Overview
Delivery Mode: Face to Face
Course duration: 14 hours over two days
Pre-requisites: None, although a reasonable level of swimming ability is required.
Minimum age requirements:14 years old or turning 14 years in the same calendar year of the course.
Certification: Candidates will receive the Bronze Medallion Award and Resuscitation Award. Please note this is a Royal Life Saving Resuscitation Award only, and while you will learn CPR skills, the award is not equivalent to the HLTAID009 unit of competency.
